Bobbie's Street Cats

At Bobbie’s Street Cats, our mission is to spay our way to a more humane LA by empowering Angelenos with the tools, resources, and support they need to combat the cat overpopulation crisis in their own neighborhoods. We believe that the key to meaningful, sustainable change in community cat populations lies in trust, consistency, and hyper-local focus. As a 501(c)(3) dedicated to targeted, regionally based spay and neuter work, we concentrate our efforts within just one and a half zip codes in South Central Los Angeles. Since December 2023, we have fixed 2,126 cats, with 94% of those cats coming from 90011 and the city portion of 90058. By committing to such a small footprint, we are able to build deep, lasting relationships with community members—many of whom become active participants in our mission to reduce suffering and overpopulation among street cats.
